Organising a concert takes time and energy. Selling tickets shouldn't become a project of its own. That is exactly why you can now sell tickets for your concerts directly in Chorilo – with no external platform, no contract hassle and no hidden costs. Simple ticket sales are now open to every choir using Chorilo.
You set up the sale right where your concert already lives: on the event itself. From the very start, ticket sales are connected to your concert, your members and your public Chorilo page. Your audience buys in just a few clicks, and you keep an eye on sales and revenue at all times.
How do ticket sales work?
You open the event you want and create the ticket sale there. You decide how many tickets are available and define any price categories you like – for example a regular price, a reduced price and perhaps a family ticket. If you wish, you set a sales period so that selling starts and ends automatically.
Once everything is ready, you receive a public sales link that you can share – on your website, on social media or in your newsletter. Your audience pays conveniently online by card and receives the ticket straight away as a PDF. On the evening of the concert, you check admission with the built-in scanner: every ticket is verified and can only be used once.
What do ticket sales cost?
The fees are deliberately transparent. Each order incurs 3.4% of the order value plus €0.99. This already includes the cost of secure online payment – there are no hidden extras.
You decide who covers this fee. Either your choir absorbs it, in which case the ticket price shown to your audience stays the same. Or you add the fee on top of the ticket price, so the buyer pays it. The revenue is then paid out automatically to your choir's bank account – you simply provide your bank details once.
Seated tickets: seating plan in beta
Alongside simple sales there is a second option: tickets with a fixed seat. Here your audience picks the exact spot on a seating plan – ideal for seated concerts with numbered places.
These seated tickets are still in their beta phase and are not enabled automatically. If you would like to use them, simply get in touch. Write to support@chorilo.com and we will set up seat management together with you. Simple ticket sales are unaffected and remain available to you at any time without activation.
Card payments on site with SumUp
Not everyone buys their ticket in advance. So that you can also take card payments at the box office, we lend you suitable SumUp card readers for your event. That way you accept card payments on site with ease, with no cash handling at all.
All your choir needs is its own SumUp account. We charge no fees for this service ourselves; depending on the event, only a small rental fee and shipping costs may apply. Here, too, a short message to our support team is all it takes, and we take care of the rest.
