Two Ticket Types for Every Need

Every concert is different. Some take place in small churches, others in large concert halls. Some have free seating, others have numbered seats. The Chorilo Ticket Shop therefore offers two flexible ticket types that adapt to your needs.

For concerts with free seating, you use simple tickets. You determine how many tickets are available in total and at what price they are sold. The system automatically counts how many tickets have already been sold and shows visitors the remaining availability. As soon as all tickets are sold, sales are automatically stopped. This variant is perfect for smaller concerts, church concerts, or events where the exact seat selection doesn't matter.

For larger concerts with fixed seating, the ticket shop offers complete seat management. You first create a venue with sections, rows, and seats. You can define different price categories - such as cheaper seats further back and more expensive seats in the front rows. Visitors see an interactive seating plan when purchasing tickets, select their desired seats, and immediately see which seats are still available. After purchase, the selected seats are blocked for other visitors. This solution is ideal for concerts in concert halls, theaters, or other locations with fixed seating.

The Purchase Process: Simple and Secure

We have placed great emphasis on making the ticket purchase process as smooth as possible for your visitors. Nobody wants to struggle through complicated forms or wait long for confirmations. The Chorilo Ticket Shop makes it really simple.

Visitors access the central Chorilo Ticket Shop to find all available concerts. There they see all upcoming events from all ensembles currently selling tickets - clearly organized with date, time, location, and available tickets. They can filter by ensemble, sort by date, or search for specific concerts. A click on a concert opens the detail page with all important information. For simple tickets, visitors select the desired quantity. For seating tickets, the interactive seating plan opens where they can select their seats.

After selection, visitors enter their contact details - name, email, and optionally phone number. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment providers. Stripe supports all common payment methods: credit card, SEPA direct debit, giropay, and instant transfer. After successful payment, visitors immediately receive a confirmation email with their tickets as a PDF attachment. These tickets contain a unique QR code that can be scanned at the entrance.

Management and Overview for Your Ensemble

As an ensemble administrator, you always have full overview of your ticket sales. In the Chorilo administration, you can see at a glance how many tickets have been sold for each concert, what the revenue is, and which seats are still available. You can view orders, cancel tickets if necessary, and have access to all customer data for your communication.

Particularly practical is the automatic billing. You don't have to worry about complicated billing or manually track transfers. The system automatically calculates fees, transparently shows you how much you will be paid out, and takes care of the entire payment processing. At the end of the month, you receive a clear statement with all sales and revenue.

Free Tickets for Guests of Honor

Not every concert visitor has to buy a ticket. Often you want to invite guests of honor, grant sponsors free admission, or provide tickets to members of your ensemble. The Chorilo Ticket Shop therefore also supports free tickets. You can create complimentary tickets for each concert that go through the same process as purchased tickets - just without payment. Your guests receive the tickets by email, can show them on their smartphone, and are recorded at the entrance just like paying visitors.

Cancellations and Customer Service

Sometimes visitors need to change their plans. The Chorilo Ticket Shop allows customers to cancel their tickets themselves up to 24 hours before the concert. The refund is automatically processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Customers receive a confirmation email about the cancellation, and the canceled seats are released again for other visitors. This automatic process saves you time and gives your customers the flexibility they appreciate.

For questions or problems, customers can access their customer account directly through the order confirmation. There they see all details of their order, can download their tickets again, and have access to their invoices. If a customer wants to view their Stripe customer account - for example to export invoices for accounting - they can do so with one click. Maximum transparency and control for your customers.

Transparent Fees Without Surprises

Transparency is crucial in ticket sales. You want to know how much of each sold ticket reaches you. The Chorilo Ticket Shop works with a clear and fair fee structure that you can always understand.

Two types of fees apply for each ticket sale. First, the payment fees from Stripe, which are 1.9% plus 0.29 euros per transaction. These fees are industry standard and cover secure payment processing. Additionally, Chorilo charges a service fee of 1.5% plus 0.70€ for providing and maintaining the ticket shop. This fair fee structure enables us to continuously improve and expand the service, while you pay significantly less than comparable ticket platforms.

Most importantly: you see exactly how the fees are divided before each sale. In your administration interface, each order transparently shows how much goes to Stripe fees, how much the Chorilo service fee is, and how much will be paid out to your ensemble. No hidden costs, no surprises. You always know exactly what to expect.

Integration into Your Existing Chorilo Environment
