Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own account before I can use the app?▾
No. Your choir director adds you and you receive your login details by email. You use them to log in to the app.
I didn't get an email with login details. What now?▾
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, ask your choir director to send the invitation again.
Do I have to change the temporary password?▾
We recommend it. The first chapter of the video shows how: tap your profile picture at the top right, then “Change password”.
