Import contacts (Excel/CSV)
Download the Excel template, fill it in and use the import wizard. Duplicates are detected automatically by email or IBAN — choose per row: create new, update or skip.

Open Contacts > Import, download the template (.xlsx) or upload your own file with a header row. Columns are auto-detected. Review the preview — duplicates are highlighted yellow (matched by email or IBAN). For each row choose create, update or skip, then import. You get a summary with counts and errors. The "Tags" column accepts comma-separated values; unknown labels become new ensemble-scoped tags.
