Permission required: Members – Statistics and PDF per member (incl. address and decline reasons)

What is it?

Member statistics show in a member's Attendance tab how reliably they come to events. You choose a period and see the figures straight away. One click downloads everything as a PDF, for example for a conversation or your club records.

What you see

  • Attendance: how many past events the member attended, in percent
  • Absent: split into excused, declined and without notice
  • Avg. days declined in advance: how early declines came in on average, plus the median
  • Choir average: attendance of everyone invited to the same events, without names
  • More figures: short-notice declines (less than 24 hours and less than 3 days), withdrawn acceptances, “Maybe” answers, longest attendance streak, current absence streak
  • By event type and by month
  • Related events: a concert or other main event with the rehearsals linked to it. You see whether the member was at the main event and how many of the linked rehearsals they attended. If the main event is in the period, all linked rehearsals count, even if they are earlier.
  • All events one by one, with the response, how many days in advance they declined and the reason

How to do it

  1. Open Ensembles, choose your choir and go to Members.
  2. Open a member and switch to the Attendance tab.
  3. Choose the period at the top: last 12 months, this year, last year or a custom period.
  4. Click PDF to download the report.

Permission

You need the permission Statistics and PDF per member. By default only the Administrator group has it. Anyone who gets it also sees members' addresses and decline reasons. Without it, the Attendance tab shows only acceptances and declines as before. The statistics are not in the app yet.

Tips

  • Fill in actual attendance after events so the figures are right. Otherwise someone who accepted but did not come counts as present.
  • Use the statistics for conversations, not as a ranking. Many declines have reasons that can be sorted out.

Frequently asked questions

Do upcoming events count?▾
No. Attendance, absences and all averages only use events that are already over. Upcoming events in the selected period are listed at the end but not counted.
How does Chorilo know how many days in advance someone declined?▾
Chorilo remembers when a decline came in. For very old declines this time is missing; they show “time unknown” and are left out of the average. Next to the average you see the median, so a single very early decline does not distort the picture.
What does “without notice” mean?▾
The member did not respond, or the decline was only entered after the event had started, for example when attendance was filled in afterwards. If your choir requires a reason and it is missing, the decline also counts here.
Does the PDF include bank details?▾
No. The PDF contains name, address, contact details, birthday, joining date, voice, roles and singing history, but no bank details, no notes and no custom fields.
Can members see their own statistics?▾
No, only people with the permission **Statistics and PDF per member**. Every PDF download is recorded in the security log.
